About us
Baron Senior Placements commenced activities in 1992 as an additional service of Baron Strategic Services.
It has always been operated by senior consultants with many years of experience, commencing with Simon Robinson, then Graeme Cox and Doug Burden.
Each worked in close cooperation with the principal of the firm, David Leyonhjelm, who generally handled the most senior positions personally.
Since 2008 David has undertaken all recruitment projects himself, from the most senior to sales and technical support roles, with the help of support staff.
